3. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during booking and updates. 

• Full disclosure regarding your health—medications, allergies, and conditions—is essential to ensure safe IV therapy. 

• You must not use our Service in violation of applicable laws.
  

4. Booking, Cancellations & No‑Shows

• Appointments can be booked via our website or directly with us.

• Cancellations require at least 1 hour’s notice, otherwise a fee (e.g., $100) may apply.

• No-shows or refusal of service due to misrepresentation or being under the influence may incur the full service fee.
  

5. Children & Minors

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 except with valid parental or legal guardian consent.
